We build visitor registration and tools for alarm follow-up, produce reports and audit trails, and use camera and sensor data as a source for overview and analysis.

Can Kantex connect our access control system to our HR software?
That depends on the integration options of both systems. We first investigate which data the access system accepts through an API or import and which events the HR system makes available. We then agree together which role gets which rights, so joiners and leavers are processed automatically and verifiably.
What is an audit trail and why does it matter?
An audit trail is a recorded trace of actions: who granted a right, when a door was opened or who closed an alert. After an incident, a complaint or an internal review, it lets you reconstruct what happened. We make sure this trail cannot be altered afterwards and is only accessible to those who need it.
How do you handle camera footage and personal data?
Camera footage and access data are personal data and fall under the GDPR. We only use what is needed for the purpose, for example counts or events rather than the footage itself. We agree retention periods, access rights and logging with your organisation in advance and, where needed, set out the arrangements in a data processing agreement.
